If the customer cancels the ordered and confirmed services, he is obliged to pay the provider cancellation fees according to the price conditions of the given reservation; cancellation fees will be calculated from the price for the canceled services incl. VAT, as follows:

The day the payment is credited to the provider's account up to the 31st day (inclusive) before the expected arrival at the accommodation - 15% of the deposit

30th to 22nd day (inclusive) before expected arrival - 30% of the deposit

21st to 15th day (inclusive) before expected arrival - 50% of the deposit

14th to 8th day (inclusive) before expected arrival - 75% of the deposit

7th to 0th day (inclusive) before expected arrival - 100% of the deposit
